The Pickled Greek restaurant warmly welcomes you with open arms and old world recipes. A labor of love that took over a year and a half
to complete, and couldn't have been done without the help from friends and family, "Soon Come" has now come to St Croix!

The Pickled Greek menu was inspired by the home cooked Greek meals that Peter's mother and Yia-Yia (grandmother) prepared for him as a child. As with many Greek family recipes nothing was written - instead they were handed down with a pinch of this and a dash of that. Chef Aaron Matlofsky spent 6 months working with Peter to recreate the childhood recipes that warmed his soul. The Pickled Greek's menu is complete with favorites like dolmades (stuffed grape leaves), souvlaki, authentic Greek gyros (pronounced "heroes"), and mousaka. Or enjoy one of Chef Aaron's famous Greek pizzas - highly recommended!

While you're there, be sure to try the Yia-Yia Stew.
Peter personally prepares this 100% vegan recipe made with squash, potatoes, corn and a few extra touches, then slow roasts it for 3 hours. Simply delicious!
